The hoppers are located at the very beginning of the crushing plant. They are usually followed by a vibrating feeder.
The hoppers are very important because they ensure the loading of all the materials to be crushed. The vibratory feeder, as its name suggests, sends the loaded materials into the hopper either to the primary crusher or to a grizzly screen. The grizzly screen helps to separate the fine materials to increase the efficiency of the crusher. As for the separated materials, they pass directly to the secondary crusher.
Our feeding machines are very sturdy, shockproof, and last a very long time. These machines are also easily maintainable, so the operating costs are minimized and the production rate remains high.
